Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Region Compliance: Build a compliant HR framework across regions for both W2 and 1099 employees, ensuring we meet all regulatory standards as we grow.
HR Processes for Scale: Design, implement, and maintain HR processesincluding recruiting, onboarding, and talent managementthat support growth and promote a positive employee experience.
Benefits and Retention Strategy: Create globally aligned benefits that meet our teams unique needs, enhancing satisfaction and retention.
Remote Team Empowerment: Develop policies for productivity, engagement, and cultural inclusivity for our remote, distributed workforce.
