We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and reservations using hotel management software.
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management by creating a positive experience for all guests.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management is preferred.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
Knowledge of hotel management systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to enhance guest relations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
