Duties
Greeting clients professionally both in person and on the phone
Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
Optimizing schedule and client satisfaction with efficient scheduling
Notifying of patient arrivals
Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
Verifying financial records and collecting client charges
Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
When necessary, clean up after pets including saliva, urine, feces or vomit.
Perform other related work as required.
Daily cleaning (cages, bowls, litter boxes, vacuuming/sweeping, mopping, room cleaning, etc.)
Experience/Qualifications
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software applications
Excellent typing and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Professional phone etiquette with excellent verbal and written communication skills
