Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for new client chart set-ups in the EHR.

Accurately and efficiently verify insurance benefits and communicate them to clients.

Track and follow-up on incomplete client paperwork and documents.

Secure insurance pre-authorizations for all requested services.

Support clients and clinical staff throughout their time at Affinity.

Be a warm, approachable, and knowledgeable voice of the practice in all client communications.

Utilize digital and electronic software for all office tasks.

Look for and implement opportunities for improvement.

Communicate with administrative team members easily and openly about progress and questions.

Complete other tasks as needed.
Requirements
Experience in a healthcare setting is required.

Detail-oriented and independent work ethic.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
