What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle a large volume of inbound phone calls and assist with outbound call campaigns
Answer general inquiries and transfer calls to appropriate departments
Maintain a friendly and courteous communication style with callers
Document all communications in the company database
Conduct follow-ups with customers as necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
Exceptional phone and listening skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in call center operations or support
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Proven ability to handle high call volumes
Bilingual skills (English and another language)
