Job Description:
Knowledge of US Healthcare and basic insurance terminologies. Preferable experience in Medicare Customer Service
Answering inbound calls and make Outbound calls related to Policy benefits, eligibility, claim status, check status etc and meets process targets assigned from time to time. Basic Computer Skills, Excellent communication skills and comprehension skills
Willingness to work in shifts between 8am – 8pm (shift differential will be provided)
To maintain Quality as per process requirement
To achieve assigned production targets on regular basis
Display high levels of professionalism in the work delivered and overall conduct
To maintain confidentiality of work done while in office or WFH environment
Regular attendance is mandatory
What are the top Must Haves for this role?
Must have a minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume inbound Call Center environment with strong customer service skills
Must be computer literate and able to multi-task – i.e. document call experience while using the Quality Program.
Typing 35/wpm required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have High school Diploma or GED
Requirements:
MEDCARE Advantage Plan Part D – required
QNXT experience (preferred)
Call center experience and knowledge
