Sofitel Philadelphia Hotel at Rittenhouse Sq. is seeking a qualified, service-minded ambassador for the Guest Service/Front Desk Agent position.

Candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests in a luxury environment, completing both check-in and checkout procedures, handling incoming phone calls, taking food & beverage room service orders, assisting with guest requests, and enrolling guests in our ALL frequent guest program. Candidate will handle guest inquiries and requests, as well as providing hand-tailored experiences to ensure a memorable stay. Candidate should be able to deliver luxury service, be efficient, empowered and cordial. Candidate will be responsible for a cash bank and following all cash handling procedures. Previous experience with Opera a plus. Must have experience working with computers, specifically Word, Excel and messaging. Qualified candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and willing to go above and beyond to deliver luxury service.

Minimum 1-year experience in similar position or hotel school degree. Must be flexible with days and hours.

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
