Job Duties
• Answering inbound calls from members pertaining to all public health insurance programs offered
• This position provides first-contact resolution, solves members’ problems, resolves billing issues, and answers complex benefit questions
Requirements
• 2 years of call center experience (healthcare/insurance experience a PLUS)
• Hardwired, high-speed internet and a closed-door, distraction-free work environment
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:45pm
