Key Responsibilities
Accurately update member information and handle policy terminations and reinstatements
Conduct research on healthcare provider insurance plans and maintain accurate coverage information
Adhere to confidentiality policies and collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
At least one year of experience in claims examination, health insurance, or related healthcare field
Strong computer skills, including data entry and navigation
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must be able to clear a background check
