What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate orientation and training for new hires
Partner with hiring managers to identify and address hiring needs
Screen candidates to ensure quality before presenting them to hiring managers
Maintain spreadsheets and detailed documentation for compliance purposes
Perform administrative duties and follow-up tasks related to recruitment processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
RN/Clinical recruitment background is required
Excellent communication skills
Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to foster relationships within the organization
Strong sense of urgency and commitment to task completion
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in healthcare recruitment
Familiarity with compliance policies and procedures
Proven track record of successful candidate placements
Ability to work independently while being a team player
