Job Summary of Hospitality Desk Agent:

This role includes greeting and registering guests, as well as assisting with the check-out process. Responsibilities of Hospitality Desk Agent:
You play a vital role in the guest’s experience as a Hospitality Desk Agent, by providing a warm welcome, facilitating their check-in process, and ensuring they have a positive first impression of the facility
Executes the required procedure for guests to leave the hotel premises
Providing remedies to guest impediments faced during their hotel stay
Effectively coding electronic keys, choosing the right rooms based on requirements, and promoting hotel amenities are the key aspects to upgrade guests
Directs incoming guests on their room locations and coordinates a team member to accompany guests to their designated rooms
