Description:
Provide effective remote and on-site consultative support
Strategize and plan for clear HR priorities
Help clients think proactively and execute on business objectives
Develop and create HR products, templates, tools, policies, and documents
Regularly check in with clients and foster relationships
Proactively build client Sponsor and executive relationships
Prepare and be responsible for client action plans
Support clients as a lead or key contact on HR matters
Model behavioral competencies and OneDigital values
Proactively learn and promote OneDigital services
Requirements:
8-10 years of related or equivalent human resources experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
SHRM-S/CP and/or HRCI-SPHR certifications are highly desirable
Advanced foundation of HR knowledge
Familiarity with general business management functions
Proven ability to work cross-functionally within an organization
Blend of both corporate and consulting experience
Consulting firm background/experience is preferred in the HR consulting industry
Demonstrates proven project management skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS systems, and video conferencing
