Human Resources Director | The Opportunity
Your mission as HR Director is to develop and implement strategic and operational HR initiatives flexibly in the client’s interest across the entire employee lifecycle that attract, develop and retain talented employees. You will create a productive working environment and a pleasant working atmosphere through effective leadership of your team and collaboration with various departments on site and in exchange with cross-regional departments. In this role, you will be a sparring partner for a wide range of stakeholders and responsible for modern, high-quality HR work at the location. In addition, you will work cooperatively with the social partner, coordinate with the departments responsible for the business and be an important part and sought-after dialogue partner in our HR community in Germany and the GSM region.
Human Resources Director | Your Profile
Education:
Degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a… related business degree programme
Many years of experience in personnel management, dealing with works councils and working in an international matrix organisation
Professional skills:
At least 6 years of experience as a manager in a comparable HR function
Excellent command of the instruments of modern personnel management
Excellent knowledge of individual and collective labour law
Very good knowledge of common HR IT systems (e.g. Success Factors, Workday, Loga) and resilient PC skills (especially Microsoft Office 365)
Confident knowledge of German and English (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages CEFR level C1 in each case)
Confident working in an international, functional organisation
Ideally experience in lean management

Structured, analytical way of working and quick results
Experience in building and leading teams in international organisations
Understanding of diverse, international teams
