Position Summary:
Participate in projects case types such as performance management (coaching, counseling, PIPs, etc.) and data/analysis
Utilize previous experience handling conversations regarding delivery of performance improvement plans, terminations as well as ability to coach managers in these situations
Answer and address employee HR-related questions and concerns
Assist in researching and resolving employee relations inquiries and issues in a timely manner
Assist in processing leave requests and complaints, necessary investigations, and disciplinary actions
Utilize demonstrated knowledge of the HR field, including an understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years of experience as HR Generalist in a Tech organization
Knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
Must be highly skilled in pivots, charts, data analysis and formulas
Ability to multi-task under strict timelines
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Preferences:
Knowledge of Google (G-Suite).Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Chat/GVC etc.
Prior experience with ServiceNow
Knowledge of LucidChart, LookerStudio, Asana and DocuSign
