Inbound Call Center Representative
Duties…
– Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or information as needed
– Take messages for all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the system
– Provide product or service information to customers
– Meet or exceed performance goals, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics
Experience:
– Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
– Strong verbal communication skills and active listening skills
– Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
– Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
– Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
