Position Overview…
We are looking for an experienced IT Lead Analyst with deep expertise in Workday Recruiting & Talent Acquisition to join our team. This role is crucial for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Workday’s Recruiting and Talent Acquisition (TA) modules within our organization. As a key player in our HR technology team, you will manage end-to-end system operations, drive enhancements, and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize our recruiting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Management: Lead at least three full lifecycle implementations of the Workday Recruiting module, including end-to-end support and maintenance. Oversee system configurations, business process workflows, custom objects, security, and integrations with external HR systems (e.g., Phenom, Infor, Indeed).
System Enhancements & Customizations: Identify and propose opportunities for system enhancements to improve recruiting processes, drive automation, and enhance user experience. Perform system configurations, manage data loads (EIBs), and maintain Sandbox environments.
Data Integrity & Quality: Ensure data accuracy within Workday HCM and recruiting modules by monitoring data feeds, conducting audits, and addressing discrepancies promptly.
Reporting: Utilize Workday reporting tools to generate regular and ad-hoc reports on recruiting metrics, trends, and compliance, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements, understand needs, and provide guidance on system capabilities and best practices. Manage relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams.
System Documentation: Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process workflows, configurations, and standard operating procedures to ensure effective knowledge sharing and facilitate system maintenance.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a Lead or Manager in implementing and managing Workday Recruiting and Talent Acquisition workstreams. Hands-on experience with Workday’s Recruiting module, including configuration, integrations (e.g., Phenom, Infor, Indeed), business processes, reporting, and security.
Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Workday Recruiting module with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading system implementation and enhancement projects.
Certifications: Workday Recruiting module certification preferred
