? *Position Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeping subcontractor who is not only passionate about numbers but also values client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Quickbooks Online, accounts payables/receivables, financial statement analysis, Excel proficiency, and specialized knowledge in e-commerce businesses and their integration into Quickbooks.
? *Responsibilities**
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining several client accounts with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. Your daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks will include:
? Maintaining accurate financial records
? Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
? Generating and submitting client invoices
? Assisting with payroll processing
? Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions
? Preparing financial reports such as profit and loss statements
? Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
? Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes
Additionally, you may be required to handle ad-hoc client tasks as requested, such as insurance audits and CRM integrations with Quickbooks.
? *Experience and Qualifications**
? Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred
? Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
? Proficiency with Quickbooks and Excel
? Ability to perform accurate bank and general ledger reconciliations
? Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
? Effective communication and teamwork abilities
