Salary: $62,000 – $72,000 per annum
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of project experience

Review and analyze website specifications
Technical requirements
Content needs
Visual design briefs
Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies and test plans
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues
Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Create and refine QA process for both clients and the internal team
Develop QA protocols on a per project basis that align to the project and/launch needs.
Research and adapt to new technologies to stay up-to-date with technology standards
Review, respond, and assign incoming help desk trouble tickets
Oversee weekly automated website maintenance procedures
Requirements and skills
Experience with agile projects and QA methodology
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Knowledge of testing software (e.g. Bugherd, Browserstack, Lambda, Email on Acid)
Ability to learn new technologies and software quickly
Excellent communication skills
