Position Overview:
Are you an experienced educator or skilled trainer with a passion for professional development? Were looking for independent consultants who can bring energy, expertise, and enthusiasm to our training sessions. In this role, youll lead high-impact workshops that help schools unlock the potential of their teachers, enabling them to transform their classrooms and reach new heights in student achievement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, impactful professional development workshops for K-12 educators.
Work closely with a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to education.
Expand your expertise with professional learning opportunities.
Empower teachers with effective classroom management and instructional strategies.
Adapt workshop content to meet the unique needs of schools and districts.
Consultant Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Education or related field (Masters degree is a plus).
Strong background in K-12 education as a teacher, consultant, or trainer.
Excellent presentation skills and ability to connect with audiences.
Passion for advancing teacher effectiveness and student success.
Ability to work independently as a contractor.
