Position Overview:

Are you an experienced educator or skilled trainer with a passion for professional development? We’re looking for independent consultants who can bring energy, expertise, and enthusiasm to our training sessions. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact workshops that help schools unlock the potential of their teachers, enabling them to transform their classrooms and reach new heights in student achievement.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging, impactful professional development workshops for K-12 educators.
• Work closely with a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to education.
• Expand your expertise with professional learning opportunities.
• Empower teachers with effective classroom management and instructional strategies.
• Adapt workshop content to meet the unique needs of schools and districts.

Consultant Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Strong background in K-12 education as a teacher, consultant, or trainer.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to connect with audiences.
• Passion for advancing teacher effectiveness and student success.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor.
