Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years’ experience delivering consulting services to global technology leaders in the US, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Change Manager consultant to support two critical initiatives within our client’s Finance organization.
This consultant will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management and communication strategies, ensuring smooth transitions, and fostering employee engagement throughout these initiatives.
PLEASE NOTE: This a 6 month contract with the strong possibility of extension.
Responsibilities include:
Create and execute a detailed change management and communication strategy tailored to the needs of the team
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
Regularly gauge employee sentiment and engagement levels through surveys, interviews, and other feedback mechanisms
Develop and manage a comprehensive communication plan to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transformation process
Develop and coordinate training programs and educational materials to support employees through the change process
Ensure that employee training is accessible, relevant, and effective
Measure the post-implementation change effectiveness by tracking key metrics and gathering feedback
Provide ongoing support to teams and individuals as needed to ensure smooth adoption
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management, with a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives
Proficient in Change Management methodologies and tools
Knowledge and track record of applying Change industry best practices
Experience in developing and executing communication strategies
Track record in creating, delivery and reporting on outcomes of change programs
Strong understanding of the communications function and its ability to influence, amplify and meet change objectives
Ability to define, manage and execute multiple parallel tracks within an overall plan of execution
Ability to synthesize key messaging/ themes to establish an effective approach customized to the needs of each stakeholder group
Analytical skills with the ability to conduct impact assessments and measure adoption success
Ability to interact at all levels of the company hierarchy and ensure alignment with the overall change plan objectives
Familiarity with SAP BRIM or other large-scale transformation projects is a plus
Change Management for Finance projects is a plus
