Qualifications
CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Previous experience working with children in a daycare setting
A team player with a genuine passion for teaching young children
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans based on curriculum and learning goals
Plan and execute daily classroom and outdoor activities
Ensure the welfare, health, and safety of children at all times
Supervise children during all activities, including mealtime, and maintain accurate attendance records
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Provide creative and constructive activities for children
Foster a supportive and positive atmosphere in the classroom
Uphold high-quality standards and adhere to all safety and health regulations
