• We are seeking an exceptional learning and development leader to help build the future of learning in Virtual First.
• This role is part of the Learning and Organization Development team, and reports into the VP of L&OD for Dropbox.
• The ideal candidate is an experienced practitioner and people manager with a strong track record of designing innovative learning programs.
• Experience with learning innovation through digital learning/AI is a must.
Requirements:
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Expertise in learning strategy and execution for leadership and employee development
• Expertise in learning design, adult learning methodologies
• Expertise in leadership development and learning technology (including application of AI/ML)
• Strong people management skills, managing a team in a remote/hybrid context
• Experienced facilitator
• Background / familiarity with analytics and leveraging insights to inform strategy and decision-making
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Bachelor’s Degree
