*Responsibilities:**
Manage a variety of pre-litigation cases, including auto accidents, dog bites, slip and fall incidents, premise liability, pedestrian accidents, and government claims
Coordinate the intake process, including opening claims, sending representation letters, setting up medical appointments, and managing client communications
Utilize organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Interact with medical providers, clients, and insurance companies to gather necessary documentation and information
Conduct research, prepare documents, and maintain accurate records
*Requirements:**
Bilingual in Spanish (a plus)
Availability to work Monday through Friday (no weekends required)
Minimum of 2 years of case management experience in personal injury law
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of organization
