We offer Full-Time and Part-Time Remote Therapist opportunities and are seeking a dedicated individual passionate about working within an integrated care team model for youth and families. Our services include housing support, healthcare services, mental health assistance, crisis intervention, and foster care, with the goal of empowering our clients to confront challenges and find sustainable, personalized solutions for improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct remote individual counseling sessions using the Doxy platform.
• Facilitate remote group sessions following established models.
• Collaborate with assigned staff to ensure all clients are checked in for billing purposes.
• Review weekly productivity reports to identify performance gaps and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide written and verbal reports to the Clinical Director regarding identified performance gaps on a weekly basis.
• Assist in marketing our behavioral health services to the community.
• Be available to work some evenings and one weekend a month, as needed for special events and presentations.
• Attend all scheduled meetings.
• Complete any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to use various software programs.
• Openness to constructive feedback, flexibility in scheduling, and a genuine concern for youth with a strong desire to work in the human services field.

Additional Requirements
• High-speed internet access at your home office.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
• Availability to work some evenings until 7:30 p.m. and one Saturday per month.
