Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, quality control measures, and the ability to analyze various aspects of home construction. The Home Inspector will play a crucial role in providing clients with comprehensive reports on the condition of their properties. This is a 1099 Position.

Responsibilities
Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties, including structural elements, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
Collect and analyze data during inspections to identify potential issues or areas of concern.
Prepare clear and concise inspection reports outlining findings, recommendations, and necessary repairs.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and real estate professionals regarding inspection results.
Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and safety regulations to maintain expertise in the field.
