Active Adjuster Insurance License
6 months of customer service experience preferred
Proficient typing skills (minimum 25 wpm)
Familiarity with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities
Connect with customers via phone to file and document claims for accidents
Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
