Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Counselor with us, you will:

Conduct personalized one-on-one video chat sessions with clients to support their mental health journey.

Encourage open discussions about emotions and experiences to help clients gain valuable insights into themselves and their relationships.

Serve as a client advocate, assisting them in defining and achieving their goals.

Assess clients’ mental conditions and devise and implement treatment plans using a solution-based approach, drawing upon your clinical experience and knowledge.

Compensation/Benefits

Competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year (based on hours worked).

$52,000 per year for part-time positions.

Requirements

How to Qualify:

To qualify for this role, all counselors are required to possess:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

Current licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

Strong computer literacy skills.
