Mulberry Schools Trust is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues via live chat. This is a remote position, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues and concerns
Utilize technical knowledge of live chat platforms to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Technical knowledge of live chat platforms
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or live chat role is an asset
