Answering queries from customers, addressing any worries they might have, and ensuring their total satisfaction will be your main goals. Responsibilities include:
Talking to customers, clients, and staff to resolve everyday problems externally and internally
Prioritize customer//client needs
Give helpful tips of the product//service
Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent;
Previous experience in a customer service or live chat support role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle several chat conversations simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging customer situations
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
