Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
Accurately document client interactions.
Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on Ponce Inlet Realtys services, property listings, and market trends.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a live chat environment, is preferred.
Excellent written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using live chat… software and other customer support tools.
Empathetic, patient, and able to handle stressful situations calmly.
