You will be responsible for responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers through live chat to resolve inquiries and provide information
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate and helpful answers in a timely manner
Assist customers with booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services
Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers

Requirements
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or online support role
Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone
