Job Responsibilities:
• Provide real-time support to customers via live chat
• Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
• Proficiency in typing and computer skills

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support preferred
