Description:
Position Overview: The Manager, Learning Design and Development will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent development at Anywhere.
This role involves managing the end-to-end design and development of learning programs, collaborating with cross-functional project teams, and embedding innovative thinking and processes across the organization.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Development within the global People Enablement Team, this role is focused on employee development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral science, evidence-based practices, and design thinking approaches to create impactful learning experiences.
Additionally, this person will be expected to embrace and integrate advanced and emerging technologies, such as AI, into their work.
Requirements:
Education and credentials in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in leadership development design and development.
Strong knowledge of leadership development, behavioral science, and evidence-based practices.
Proficiency in design thinking methodologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
