Atlassian Marketing Manager V

Atlassian is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Data Center and Migrations marketing team. Asa member of our team, you’ll be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns to increase the adoption of cloud products for mid-market and enterprise customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring the retention of our existing customer base and increasing the satisfaction s cores of this audience, as well as launching new programs with our Solution Partners, and launching new product capabilities. This will require you to be extremely detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable with presenting work to leadership and stakeholders as you will partner closely with Product, Operations, and Sales. Youll be responsible for leading our marketing programs across a number of cross-functional teams at Atlassian and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout all milestones.
Responsibilities:
You have 6-10 years of marketing experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company, or have an aptitude for understanding and ramping on new technologies. You have been responsible for creating, driving, and managing go-to-market plans
across a variety of owned channels. You’re a passionate, self-starter with a no-bullshit, can-do attitude. You’re eager to jump in to get things done and don’t get flustered in a fast-paced and often changing environment.
An ideal candidate will be able to:
Set comprehensive GTM strategies that include customer segmentation, messaging, and internal enablement
Able to pivot quickly and manage multiple complex programs concurrently.
Apply your strong customer-centric focus to all content and programs
Partner with sales leadership and enablement to craft high-touch and low-touch enablement programs website content, community posts, and more
Drive projects to completion and maintain a high-quality bar
Qualifications:
Create high-quality assets for use by demand gen, sales, and partners. This can take the form of blogs, webinars,
Team player who is comfortable in content sparring sessions, and can influence stakeholders
Distill complex processes and sets of information into clear written communications
An understanding of enterprise marketing and sales-led GTM tactics to execute go-to-market plans across the appropriate mix of channels
Proven track record of GTM excellence and has launched complex products or features
Enjoy writing unique and compelling content for a diverse set of influencer and executive decision-maker personas
Be a passionate, self-starter with a no-B.S., can-do attitude who likes to make data-informed decisions
Be able to spot opportunities to improve, and have a keen understanding of how to translate customer needs and market demand into messaging, content, and sales enablement to help us meet our key results around cloud adoption
Thrive on teamwork and experience building relationships with peers and stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and more
Have worked to deliver campaigns that move the needle and turn heads in the market
Experience making data-driven decisions and tracking campaign performance to drive the best results
Can translate projects and initiatives into business impact
Discuss the day to day:
PMM on Migrations team to focus on GTM launch through campaigns, and for events (decks, emails, segmentation) as well as co-marketing efforts with solution partners as well as co-marketing efforts with internal teams
Understanding of demand gen and metrics
