The Member Services Representative Digital Branch serves as a frontline representative for Partners Federal Credit Union, focusing on building long-term, profitable relationships with our Members. This role involves understanding Members financial needs and offering tailored financial solutions in a digital work environment. You will interact with Members through various channels… including telephone, video meetings, and email, ensuring exceptional service and support while promoting Credit Union objectives.

Responsibilities
Identify and build a network of Member contacts through various outreach methods
Make outbound contacts to new Members, ensuring their needs are met
Provide 5 Star Service to every Member, every time
Promote Credit Union objectives and cross-sell products and services
Educate Members on financial responsibility and product features
Process new Memberships and ensure quality control standards are met
Anticipate potential issues and communicate effectively with management
Complete projects and reports to streamline operations
Maintain flexibility to support digital branch needs
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of financial sales experience required
Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional member service
Proven ability to execute tasks efficiently and develop innovative solutions
Strong teamwork skills and collaboration abilities
Education Requirements
High School diploma or GED (required)
Bachelors degree (preferred)

Experience Requirements
1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in financial services and sales
Language skills: Spanish (preferred)
Experience with financial systems such as Episys and Verafin (preferred)
