The Role
We are in search of a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, and ever-evolving atmosphere. As part of our team, you will take charge of high-level sales recruitment, focusing on technical roles such as Salesforce and System Administrator positions, as well as Corporate Administrative roles. Working closely with hiring managers, you will develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the mortgage industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in recruitment.
Compensation will include a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000, with additional bonuses per successful hire based on source and role.
Key Responsibilities
? Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
? Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
? Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to determine their qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
? Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
? Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
? Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
? Minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry.
? Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes and terminology.
? Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
? Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools/software.
