What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Answer and direct phone calls; organize correspondence and manage emails
Prepare and organize databases and reports
Manage social media accounts and respond to inquiries
Schedule meetings and arrange the employer’s calendar, including meeting spaces
Create and prepare PowerPoint presentations and research materials for presentations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and follow fast-paced directions
Two years of previous experience in an assistant or administrative role, or in customer service or a related field preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in managing social media accounts
Strong presentation skills and experience in creating engaging materials
Ability to work nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed
Familiarity with technology tools for communication (computer, smartphone, text)
