Job Description
Netflix is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our remote customer service team. As a part-time customer service representative, you will provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable viewing experience.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with account management, billing issues, and technical troubleshooting.
Provide information about Netflix services, content, and promotions.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.
Stay updated on Netflix policies, content offerings, and system updates.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Familiarity with streaming services and basic technical knowledge.

Educational Qualifications
