*Job Summary:**
As a Admin, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Your primary goal will be to fill open positions with qualified candidates who fit our company culture and job requirements.
*Responsibilities:**
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Post job openings on various platforms and utilize networking to reach potential candidates
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications
Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers
Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes
*Day-to-Day… Responsibilities:**
Check the internal board for notes from the previous shift or office Admin
Check for open positions and employee status
Respond to candidates via call back or text
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers
Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
Use Google Voice, Workable, Gmail, PDFfiller, and EzClocker to perform daily tasks
Check for open positions and status of current employees
Communicate with clients and send onboarding links
Answer payroll questions

*QuickHire Etiquette:**
Be patient with candidates looking for work
Respond to client requests within two hours
Respond to voicemails from candidates within 24 hours
Set up a signature on your email
Copy a colleague on correspondence with clients
Check with clients weekly to ensure proper coverage
*Shift and Call-Off Policy:**
Shift: 8am-5pm with a 1-hour break
Call-Off: Inform QuickHire within 24 hours if unable to report for shift
