Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell life insurance products to individuals, guiding them in choosing the best policy for their needs. You will play an important role in expanding the customer base, hitting sales targets, and educating clients about their insurance options.

Contact potential clients to identify their insurance needs and offer tailored life insurance solutions
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel confident and informed about their insurance choices
Product Education:
Educate clients on the features, benefits, and advantages of various life insurance policies
Break down complex insurance jargon into simple, easy-to-understand explanations, helping clients make informed decisions
Personalized Recommendations:
Provide personalized insurance advice, ensuring clients are matched with the right products to meet their individual or family needs
Offer customized quotes and policy recommendations, ensuring clients understand coverage terms, premiums, and conditions
Achieving Sales Targets:
Drive growth by expanding your customer base and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
Close sales effectively, demonstrating the value of the insurance products and overcoming any objections clients may have
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively convey insurance details and build trust with clients
Interpersonal Skills: Build rapport with clients, maintaining long-term relationships based on trust and exceptional service
Persuasive and Negotiation Skills: The ability to influence and guide clients toward making decisions in their best interest, while aligning with company goals

Knowledge of Life Insurance: While prior knowledge of life insurance policies and regulations is beneficial, the company provides training, so if youre new to the field, this is still a great opportunity
Clear and Simple Explanations: The ability to simplify complex insurance concepts and explain them to clients in a way thats easy to understand
