## Overview We are seeking a dynamic Online Chat Representative to join our team. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to assist customers through online chat platforms. ## Duties – Engage with customers via online chat to provide support and assistance – Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy – Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services when appropriate – Perform data entry accurately and efficiently during chat sessions – Maintain a high level of customer service while multitasking between chat conversations ## Requirements – Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus – Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling – Ability to effectively communicate and convey information in a clear manner – Prior experience in customer service or sales roles preferred – Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries – Multilingual abilities are… advantageous for this role
