Responsibilities:
Manage incoming amounts of chats – identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide exceptional support to clients via chat, phone, email, and other contact platforms.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Document customer interactions in our internal system.
Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor during all customer interactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them quickly
