Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via online chat
Providing accurate product information and assistance to customers
Offering support and guidance to customers navigating the company’s website or online platforms
Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels
Documenting customer interactions and feedback
Adhering to company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in using chat software and online platforms
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate online tools and resources
