Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Online Live Chat Assistant. The Online Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat to provide support, answer queries, and assist with online interactions. The role involves maintaining a professional and friendly tone in written communication and multitasking to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
