What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for high-volume non-exempt and exempt positions across the nation
Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and job specifications
Utilize various recruiting sources and innovative strategies to maintain a robust candidate pipeline
Screen resumes and manage candidates through the hiring process, including interview preparation and final-offer negotiation
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with legal standards and improve hiring practices
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the construction industry or similar operations sectors
Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed/Glassdoor
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in recruiting exempt sales roles
Knowledge of productivity software and database management
Ability to travel when required (less than 10%)
