Responsibilities:
Review and audit existing files and folders in our marketing drive
Organize files into appropriate folders based on category (e.g., images, videos, campaign docs)
Create a logical folder structure and establish clear naming conventions
Remove or archive outdated, duplicate, or unnecessary files (with approval)
Document the new folder structure and provide clear usage guidelines for the team
Ensure files are properly tagged or categorized for easier searchability (where applicable)
Requirements:
Proven experience organizing digital files and folders
