TEKsystems is currently seeking REMOTE Member Service Representatives for a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Dallas, TX, to join the Fraud and Digital Services Department. This position involves responding to inquiries and requests from members within a 24/7 high-volume, structured contact center environment. Pay: $19.50/hour
Full-time schedule with overnight shifts (40 hours per week, Monday-Saturday)
Must have a 6-day availability to work within a flexible 9.5-hour window.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1-2 years of recent customer service experience in call center, collections, or banking preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
