About the position
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Administrator to assist with data input and weekly payroll for a Nationwide Event Management company. This role involves flexible hours, including some remote work, and requires approximately 20-30 hours of work per week.
Responsibilities
Answer phones, schedule meetings, and manage office supplies
,
Process payroll tasks
,
Maintain databases, compile and process workers documentation, and update workers records
,
Assist the Operation manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, and communicate updates to workers
,
Address employee concerns and help to foster positive relationships within the workplace
,
Entering data into the Scheduling program that is used
,
Performing other admin & clerical tasks as needed
Requirements
Two years’ experience in an Admin role
,
Able to multi-task
,
Strong administrative skills to assist with documentation and reporting tasks
,
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
,
Computer literacy, particularly with Google Suite applications, for scheduling and documentation purposes
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with construction tools and safety practices is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
