About Us:
We specialize in coaching busy, goal-oriented women to lose 10-30 pounds in 12-24 weeks while helping them manage stress, build strength, and create lifelong healthy habits. Through our personalized, high-touch online coaching programs, we focus on realistic strategies that fit into our clients busy lifestyles.
What Youll Do:
Support the lead coach in designing and delivering tailored fitness and nutrition plans
Engage with clients via our coaching app, offering support and encouragement
Help track progress and provide feedback on workouts, nutrition, and overall wellness
Assist with creating content to inspire and educate clients (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns)
Participate in virtual check-ins with clients as needed
What Were Looking For:
Passion for fitness, nutrition, and making a difference in peoples lives
NASM-CPT or CES certification preferred
Experience working with goal-oriented women aged 30-55 is a plus
Access to a smartphone and laptop with reliable internet
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A willingness to learn and grow in the online coaching space (no prior experience necessary!)
Compensation:
Pay is based on a per-client monthly rate and is commensurate with experience.
