Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative. This part-time, remote position is perfect for someone who excels at assisting customers with account questions, billing inquiries, and basic technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone.
Address and resolve customer account and billing inquiries.
Assist customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
Schedule:
Weekdays: 5 PM 10 PM (Monday to Friday).
Weekends: 10 AM 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday).
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer at home.
A quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions.
Previous experience in customer service or IT support is a plus but not required.
